- Return Policy. Providing exceptional flowers and gifts with superior customer service is important to all of us at Smiley's. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please call us at 315-252-7529 within 48 hours and we will replace the item with a comparable arrangement.
- Cancellation Policy. If your order is en route, or has been delivered, we will be unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, we will do everything possible to comply with your request. Just call us at 315-252-7529. This excludes specials orders, events, and weddings.
- Delivery/Shipping Policy. A local delivery fee starting at $7 will be added to each order, for each address. For areas outside our local delivery this fee will be larger. Orders must be received before 12:00 noon eastern time to ensure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will not be guaranteed for same day delivery, and may be sent the following day. This excludes special orders. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered late Saturday or early on Monday morning.
- Substitution Policy. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet or arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. For special orders, please allow 48 hours in advance so we have time to order your flowers.
